Existing order amendment?  please log into the ticket tailor portal using your reference number and postcode, you can add tickets yourself, but the additional person may not be seated next to your party, unless there is an unbooked seat, as this is an allocated seating event.

Exchange of date? you may be able to exchange / move tickets to another available slot by emailing our customer service team with your booking reference, name and postcode, and detailing your new requirements. (please allow 48 hours for a response)

Please note, once an event date has passed, we cannot exchange unused tickets. Tickets can only be exchanged up to 48 hours in advance of your booked event.
